Seçil Yıldız

Executive Vice President, Sustainability and Impact Leader, Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye

Biography

A graduate of Boğaziçi University’s Department of Business Administration, Yıldız began her career at the Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye in 1998. She held management positions at various levels at Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG, UniCredit and ING, taking on critical roles in many projects across development and investment banking.

Yıldız joined the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye as Executive Vice President in 2019. She is responsible for the Bank’s Investment Banking, Financial Analysis and Project Evaluation departments and also leads Sustainability and Environmental and Social Impact Management. She is Chair of the Board of Kalkınma Yatırım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş., a Board Member of the Business Council for Sustainable Development Türkiye (SKD Türkiye) and Vice Chair of the Board of the Impact Investing Advisory Board (EYDK). She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Operating Principles for Impact Management (OPIM).
