Hüseyin Karayağız

Biography

Hüseyin Karayağız is an investor with 35 years of experience, focusing on next-generation technologies and deep-tech ventures. As an angel and corporate investor, he supports the growth of ventures that address Türkiye’s priority needs and the commercialisation of domestic technologies.

For the past 12 years, he has worked with RePG Enerji founder Hasan Ayartürk on developing and scaling innovative energy technologies. As Chairman of RePG Enerji, he brings an investment and business development perspective to technology development.

Karayağız is also lead angel investor in ventures such as Salty Enerji, which develops sodium-ion battery technologies; Batron Enerji, focused on domestic battery management systems (BMS); and Laska, which develops pyrolysis technologies. His investment approach centres on domestic solutions for energy generation, storage, efficiency and resource recovery.
