Ayla Heyfegil is Vice President and Managing Partner of Servotel, a global Hospitality and Lifestyle Real Estate development and investment advisory with over four decades of international track record. Servotel is widely recognized for advising complex hotel, resort, wellness, residential, and mixed-use developments for private investors, institutional groups, brands, and public-sector stakeholders worldwide.
Working alongside Servotel’s multidisciplinary teams based in London, Istanbul, and Dubai, Ayla brings more than 30 years of senior-level experience across tourism, residential, mixed-use, and office developments. Her project exposure spans over 44 countries, advising clients through the full investment and development lifecycle, from early-stage visioning and feasibility to concept development, brand strategy, sales and marketing structuring, and final handover to end users. Ayla plays a key role in shaping Servotel’s integrated advisory model.
Her work focuses on maintaining a strong and consistent link between investment vision, physical and operational concept, and commercial and financial feasibility. She works in close coordination with investors, architects, designers, operators, financial institutions, and public authorities to ensure coherence across development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
A graduate of Bosphorus University in Istanbul, Ayla holds a BSc in Political Science and Management. She serves as a Board Member of GYODER and Acting Board Member of TTYD, where she also leads the Tourism Investment Forum. She is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of Girişim Foundation and a Member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF). Her professional background includes senior roles at Alkaş Retail and Entertainment Consulting, Kemer Yapı, Hamoğlu Holding Tourism Group, and Klassis Hotels, Resorts and Casinos. Across these organizations, she has contributed to the development, positioning, and commercialization of nationally and internationally recognized projects.
Alongside her advisory career, Ayla contributes to the industry as a keynote speaker and lecturer on hospitality and residential development at leading universities and corporate MBA programs. She regularly participates in global conferences, international panels, and media programs focused on tourism, real estate, and investment strategy.
